| 摘 要： | 《大宪章》是英国宪法的滥觞,被公认为是英国人权发展史上的一个里程碑式的文件。它的产生是由于英国人民反对封建王权的需要,是英国人民与封建国王反复斗争的结果。《大宪章》的诞生,宣告了人权时代的到来,标志着人类的人权实践进入了一个新的阶段。研究《大宪章》中的人权思想对世界人权发展和我国的人权建设有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Magna Carta,considered as the landmark in the human rights' development in England,is the origin of English constitution.Its emergence was the outcome of the unremitting struggle between people and feudal king of England.Its appearance declared the arrival of human rights' new age and labeled that development of the human rights had gone into a new period.So study on human rights plays a role in critical the development of the world' s human rights and the construction of chinese human rights. |
