| 摘 要： | 我国法学本科教育发展快速,但在法学本科教育与职业教育关系定位、关系及课程教学方法等方面,仍然存在不能够适应经济社会发展需要的问题,英国本科教育及职业教育,定位明确,相互衔接,教学方法多样,重视实务,我国的法学本科应定位为法律通识教育,提供学术提高阶段以及职业阶段选择,其中学术阶段包括硕士以及博士,职业阶段应建立职业学院。
