| 摘 要： | 《关于深化公证工作改革的方案》第13条对我国公证赔偿制度作了框架性的规定,但这条原则性的规定并不能满足实践的需要。理论界对公证赔偿的诸多问题亦众说纷纭。文章对公证赔偿的法律属性、归责原则、构成要件等问题作了初步探讨。
