北洋法政学堂创办的历史考辨——为北洋法政学堂成立105周年而作

北洋法政学堂是袁世凯在天津创办的最后一所学堂,也是中国第一所全日制普通高等政法院校。它规模宏大,专业齐全,办学形式多样。中国共产主义的先驱,中国共产党的主要创始人之一李大钊烈士是该校专门部首届毕业生。搜集先贤史绩,弘扬烈士点滴,是晚生校友的光荣职责。2011年是该校创办105周年,笔者特撰此文,以为纪念。

Historic Research on the Foundation of Beiyang Institue of Law and Politics

Beiyang Institue of Law and Politics was the last school established by Yuan Shikai, who was the governor of Zhili province. It was the first institue of Law and politics in China with a large scale and comprehensive subjects. As the pioneer of communism in China, and one of the main originators of Chinese CP, Li Dazhao was among the first graduation of this institute. Being the main founder and the first supervisor, the huge effort of Li Dazhao and his colleagues should be remembered forever. The year 2011 was the 105 anniversary of this institute, which propel me to write this paper on memory.
