| 摘 要： | 贪污贿赂、侵权渎职等职务犯罪随着现阶段我国改革开放的逐步深化以及我国正式加入WTO而呈现出新的特点和发展趋势,检察机关作为查处贪污贿赂、侵权渎职等职务犯罪的专门机构必须掌握这些职务犯罪的发展动向,积极开展侦查工作,为遏制职务犯罪,维护社会稳定发挥应尽的职责。该文从理论和实践相结合的角度,阐述了现阶段我国贪污贿赂等职务犯罪发展的趋势和特点,并有针对性地提出了预防这些职务犯罪的措施。

| Abstract: | With the reform and our country's entering into the WTO, all kinds of corruption and bribery, tort, present new characteristics and trends. As the professional and expand office, to investigate the corruption,bribery tort,etc. it must grasp the trend of duty-crime investigation. This article will be based on the theory and practice, explain the trend and characteristic of bribery in our country, put forward the measures of preventing these crimes. |
