| 摘 要： | 在现代信息社会里,公民知情权日益受到重视。通过对公民知情权宪法化进程的分析和其宪法基础的考察,可以看出确立公民知情权的宪法地位,创立一系列法律制度予以保障是符合知情权发展的时代趋势的。这对公民基本权利的丰富和发展、我国人权的建设都有重要的现实意义。
