| 摘 要： | 本文立足于实证研究,在犯罪调查的基础上,分析近年城市犯罪构成人员主要是流动人口和无业失业人员的变化规律。结合加入WTO后对中国经济与社会的诸多影响,主要是对中国农业和农村、对中国一些工业行业的不利影响而引起的就业问题,提出城市犯罪人员中的流动人口和无业失业人员数量将增加、犯罪危害性将增强的趋势判断,并对具体情况做了预测分析。

| Abstract: | Based on the positive research and survey, the paper analyses the regulation of change of criminals' structure in city. With WTO's influence on China economics and society after China's entry into WTO, especially on employment in industry and agriculture, the paper poses that the number of crimes among vagrant, unemplyed people and people without job in city will be increasing, the imperiling of crime will be strengthening. Moreover, the paper predicts and analyses the question in detail. |
