| 摘 要： | “一岗双责”的内涵是指公安机关既要抓警务工作,又要抓队伍建设。警务工作与队伍建设是辩证统一的关系。加强队伍建设是为了促进警务工作,警务工作的不断完善又有助于公安队伍的建设。把握“一岗双责”的深刻内涵,有利于推动警务队伍的和谐发展。
