城市社区安全防范宣传教育与创新

当前城市社区安全防范宣传教育中存在着缺少有力的指导与帮助、社区民警做好社区安全防范宣传教育工作的能力差,宣传教育方法形式单一,效果不明显,公安机关制作安全防范宣传资料的能力差,安全防范宣传教育的经费难以落实等问题。为此,要进行安全防范宣传教育的创新,主要是建立社区安全防范指导机构,建立社区安全防范宣传教育的新制度,利用现代网络技术进行安全防范宣传教育,利用市场机制解决安全防范宣传资金不足,制作安全防范宣传资料水平不高的问题。

At present,there are some questions about propaganda education of commu nity security defence,such as powerless guidance and help,the poor ability of policem an,the single pattern and the inferior material of propaganda,th e unclear effect and the lack of funds.For this reason,we must bring forth new ideas in all aspects,we should build guiding -organization and new systems on propaganda e-ducation of community security defe nce,we should take adavantage of mod ern net -technology to propa-gate,and we should also master the ma rket mechanism to solve the problems about funds and material.
