暂住人口居住方式对当地社会治安的影响及对策——从中小型较发达城镇入手

通过文献资料法、实地观察法和访谈法,对江苏省泰州市海陵区新区暂住人口居住方式与对当地社会治安状况的影响进行了研究。结果表明,经济比较发达的中小型城镇暂住人口的居住方式对社会治安状况的影响有一定的规律。根据这一规律,在“以房管人”的基础上对暂住人口进行分户、分层管理,在很大程度上提高了暂住人口的管理效率,为建设和谐社区,促进社会协调发展起了一定的促进作用。

Effect and Strategy on Local Public Security Caused by Living Patterns of Temporary Citizens——Start with Middle and Small Sized Towns

Through methods of literature strategy,investigation on spot and interview,this thesis investigate living patterns of temporary population in the new district of Hailin area of Taizhou city in Jiangshu province and effect on local public security situation.The result shows that there lies in a regular pattern between temporary population of those in middle sized cities and small sized cities and there's effect on social public security.According to this regular pattern,to manage those temporary population respectively and classified on the basis of "governing citizens by using their houses",to some extend,can improve efficiencies of managing them.There will built harmonious communities and promote the development of social harmony.
