摘    要:消费者对于"名人广告"的投诉日益增多,名人代言广告不真实已引发信用危机和诸多法律争议。要加强消费者的法律意识,理智看待名人广告,清醒地认识到盲从广告的危害性;并且要尽快制定完善的法律法规来整顿规范广告行业中的不良现象,加大执法力度,创造一个良好的市场秩序。

Abstract:The consumers' complains about the advertisements of celebrities increase day by day.The falsity of celebrities' advertisements has already caused the credit crisis and many legal disputes.The consumers should strengthen the legal consciousness,regard these advertisements sensibly,and be aware of the harm of following them like sheep.We should perfect the law as soon as possible to restructure the bad phenomenon in advertisement industry,enlarge the law enforcement power and create a good market order.
