| 摘 要： | 网上侦查,是以计算机网络为支撑,以刑事犯罪情报信息及相关管理信息为核心开展的侦查破案方式。网上侦查为侦查破案提供了大量可查信息,可以确保侦查部门的快速反应,实现侦查协作,丰富侦查破案模式,提高侦查破案的效率。网上侦查具有快速应答、批量比对、结果相对客观、过程保密、远程操作、侦查成本低等特点。网上侦查能够有效地打击系列犯罪、流窜犯罪、重新犯罪和多发性犯罪。发展和深化网上侦查,必将大大提高侦查破案效率。
