论侦查讯问中犯罪嫌疑人的权利保障

侦查讯问中尊重和保障犯罪嫌疑人的权利是我国法制建设和国际人权事业发展的要求。我国刑事诉讼法虽然有一些相应的具体规定,但是与当前国际人权事业的发展和我国社会主义法制建设发展的要求相比仍有较大的差距。要在侦查讯问中切实做到尊重和保障犯罪嫌疑人的权利,除了侦查人员必须在思想上牢固树立人权意识以外,对现行刑事诉讼立法的进一步完善也是必要的。

On Right's Guarantee of Suspector's in Detective Interrogation

To respect and guarantee suspects right is a request to develop legal system of our country and international human rights business. Although criminal lawsuits has relatively certain regulations, but comparing with the development of the current international human rights business and requesting of social legal system's development still have much margin. Really respecting and guarantee right's of suspects in detective interrogation, besides strongly set up the idea, which is protecting human right, and further perfect currently legislation of criminal lawsuit, also which is necessary.
