| 摘 要： | 随着网络科学技术的发展,我国网络群体性事件频发,已成为当前关注的焦点。我国网络群体性事件具有参与主体虚拟化、发生场域网络化等特征,网络群体性事件利害兼具,其在发挥积极作用的同时对社会政治和经济还存在诸多的消极影响,社会主体活动及客观环境易诱发网络群体性事件的发生,应加强防治网络群体性事件的法制化建设,推进防治网络群体性事件的民主化建设,形成并完善我国网络群体性事件应对体系,促进社会稳定并推动社会主义和谐社会的建设。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of network technical science, the mass affairs on-line occurs frequently and have become social focuses. These affairs have the following features： virtual bodies, and on-line occasions. They have advantages and disadvantages and their negative effects on social politics and economy are continuous. We should enhance the legal construction to prevent the internet mass affairs, improve the democratization con-struction, perfect the emergency system, enhance the social stability, and push forward the construction of the so-cialism harmonious society. |
