| 摘 要： | 我国民法典制定的体例应体现21世纪人类社会开放性特点,体现我国民法所调整的两大关系———平等主体之间的财产关系和人身关系。建议分五篇,分别是总则篇、人身权篇、财产权篇、侵权责任篇、涉外民事关系及法律适用篇。
