| 摘 要： | 在我国转型期,职务犯罪,已成为现代化进程的一个严重阻碍因素。加大职务犯罪预防力度,从源头上遏制和防范职务犯罪的滋生、蔓延,是当前我国反腐败斗争的战略调整。有效防范职务犯罪,客观上要求深入研究职务犯罪的成因,建立科学的预测和预防机制,着重在预防工作的法制化、规范化、程序化、有效化、科学化以及策略化等方面下功夫,以建立健全有中国特色的职务犯罪预防机制

| Abstract: | The post crime has become an important hindrance factor in our country modernize process in the particular mould-turning period. Enlarging prevention , guarding and stopping the post crime from the fountainhead are strategy adjustment in anti-corruption fight. Effective research to the cause ,setting up the forecasting prevention system stress on the legal systemization , standardization and programization ,as well as tacticsization etc in the prevention ,in order to establish and perfect the prevention mechanism with Chinese characteristics. |
