| 摘 要： | 当前,我国处于＂社会矛盾凸显期,刑事案件高发期,对敌斗争复杂期＂,影响国家安全和社会稳定的不确定因素增多。加强情报工作,加大对影响国家安全和社会稳定的各类因素的前瞻性和可控性,既是反恐斗争的需要,也是维护社会稳定工作的要求。情报工作中存在的主要问题有：基层民警情报意识淡薄,情报工作发展不平衡,情报分析研判机制不完善。为此,必须扩充情报来源,建立立体的情报信息网,建立情报信息三级上报制度,建立有效的情报分析研判机制,充分发挥情报工作在反恐维稳中的作用。
