计算机犯罪将是21世纪主要的犯罪形态。它不仅严重危害计算机资产,而且造成的经济损失、社会危害,是传统犯罪无法比拟的。计算机犯罪具有智能性、隐蔽性、超时空性、严重的危害性、犯罪黑数的高值化、诉讼的困难性等特征。我国计算机犯罪的罪名尚需完善。预防计算机犯罪必须采取各系统协同作战的方法,从技术、管理、法律、教育等方面综合抗衡。

Computer crime will be a major criminal form in the 21th century. It can destroy the resources of computers seriously and brings out incountable economic damage and critical social influence. Computer crime has some features, such as high-intelligence, concealment, time-space cross, seriousness, high damage, difficulty of accusation etc. The charges of computer crime should be set up. To prevent computer crime , all departments should take action co-operatively from the technology, management, law, education etc.
