| 摘 要： | 贵州瓮安事件暴露出当前公安基层工作中非警务活动繁多、个别民警特权思想严重、警民关系紧张和案件信息公布迟缓等问题,这也是公安基层工作面临困境的缩影.公安基层基础工作至关重要,固本强基,方能本固邦宁.应改进公安管理体制,保障公安经费法制化,加强民警职业道德建设,树立民警良好形象,完善立法,保障民警执法权威,为公安工作的长远发展奠定坚实的基础.瓮安事件
