| 摘 要： | 全球化是我们这个时代最重要的特征之一,它改善了人类生存和发展的条件,极大的推动了人类社会的进步。同时,也不可否认全球化对人类生存发展所产生的副作用。以经济为基础的全球化,导致犯罪的因素更加多样化,拓宽了犯罪空间,促进了犯罪的全球化。

| Abstract: | Globalization has been one of the most important symbols of this times.It has been improving the conditions of man-kind's survive and development,meanwhile, and push the progress of the whole society .However,we could not deny the side-effect that globalization brings to our lives and development.Globalization based on economy also causes the variety of criminal elements and extends the space of crimes, thus leads to the globalization of crimes. |
