政府创新与我国城市治理模式的选择

政府创新是一个系统的过程。政府创新体系可以分为不同的层面 ,城市治理模式的选择是政府创新在城市政府中的体现和应用。基于治理理论基础 ,城市治理模式的主要内容体现在创新空间的调整、政府行为的规范、治理体系的完善等方面。
