| 摘 要： | 本文分析了政府绩效管理的内涵与特点,论述了绩效管理在效率政府建设中的地位与作用,总结了当代政府绩效管理的发展趋势。在借鉴西方政府绩效管理的基本做法,总结我国政府绩效管理取得成就与存在问题的基础上,提出了构建政府绩效管理新模式、建设效率政府的思路与对策。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the connotation and characteristics of the managing of government performance. It discusses the status and function of the managing of performance in the construction of efficiency governments . It summarizes the development trend of the managing of present government performance. On the base of refereeing of the basic methods of the managing of west governments performance and the summarizing of achievements and problems in the managing of our governments performance, it brings forward the thinking and pathway to build the new mode of managing of government performance. Than, this article discusses emphatically the countermeasures and measures to build the efficiency government. |
