Tentative Legal Discussion on the Recall Issue in Villager Autonomy

The specific problems still to be addressed in the regulations of current villager autonomy system over recalling villager committee and its members are inequality between the right of recall and the right to vote, the dispute over whether township governments have the right of recall, the refusal of villager committees to call the meetings for recall, and illegal practices of township governments in recall issue.
