| Abstract: | Amending the Constitution of the People' s Republic of China comprehensively is necessary Chapter II The Fundamental Righ ts and Duties of Citizens of The Constitution should be amended in such aspects as several rights should be added, some rights need to be reinforced or revised and the sequence of these rights also needs to be modified properly in additio n, the contents of the fundamental duties should be cut out appropriately. |
