| Abstract: | The misplacement and absence of a channel for farmers to express and communicate their interests is the main cause that goads farmers into group appealing to higher administrative authorities. To guarantee a smooth channel farmers to express and communicate their interests, we should adopt a method of persuasion and guidance and establish a perfect, reasonable and efficient problem solution mechanism. |
