论我国"入世"后政府制导型城市化发展战略

加入WTO后 ,我国的城市化道路 ,应从计划经济下的“政府主导型”向市场经济下的“政府制导型”转变。政府制导型城市化是根据市场经济和工业化的发展规律 ,根据国情原则和成本收益原则 ,分阶段分地域快速推进的城市化发展模式。

On the Government- Guided Urban Development Strategy after China's Entry into WTO

Low standards urbanization has been becoming a bottleneck restricting our economic development. After joining The WTO, the path of our urbanization should be changed from government dominant type under planned economy to government guiding type under market economy. Urbanization of government controlling and guiding have not to demand intervening, but overcome inertial obstruction of government function under planned economy according to the development rule of market economy and industrialized, breach the clog of development thinking, break trough barrier of system fettering. Urbanization should be pushed quickly with grading and area in the light of the principle of the situation of our country and that of cost-income.
