| Abstract: | The core of building a well-off society in an all-round way is that development should be based on the improvent of the People's livehood. Its theoretical innovation lies in the establishment of a social development model of Chinese characteristics, which fully reflects people's all-round free development. Besides, its innovation is also embodied by the intensificatio and expansion of Deng Xiaoping's theory of "Development is the absolute need". |
