文化冲突语境下的流动人口犯罪解读

流动人口犯罪是社会人口在大规模迁移流动过程中衍生的负面效应。自改革开放以来,中国社会开始从传统的计划经济向现代的市场经济转变,伴随着人口的高速流动,我国同时也在经历着流动人口犯罪的高发期。美国犯罪学家塞林在20世纪30年代提出的文化冲突论,从社会文化冲突的视角为犯罪现象的产生提供了社会意义的解读,这一理论对今天我国流动人口犯罪问题的研究仍有很强的现实意义。
