| 摘 要： | 建筑类院校法学专业课程应当包括教育部规定的14门主干课程和特色课程,着眼于特色专业培养目标和办学定位,应当确立民法学作为主干课程和特色课程设置和衔接的控制枢纽地位,构建特色课程设置和衔接控制模型,有机融合理论教学和实践教学,突破既有学时局限,提高特色人才培养效率和培养水平。

| Abstract: | Courses for law specialty of architectural universities should include 14 main subjects and specialized ones, focusing on target and orientation in education. Civil Law should be the key course between the main subjects and establishment of specialized ones, therefore, a new module comes into being in combination of teaching both in theory and practice beyond the limitation of periods that the efficiency and levels will be raised in cultivating vocationally-oriented talents. |
