The International Protection of IP Rights and the Countermeasures of China

This article mainly discussed the formation and features of this new system of international protection of IP rights'.This study can help us to understand the essence of the international protection of IP rights:It is the result of different needs of developing countries and developed countries for the protection of IP rights,which is the owning to the differences of technology development.Also,it is the result of developing countries' compromise to developed countries for the entrance of free world trade system.On the basis of the discussion above,the author gave some suggestion and countermeasures for China's facing of opportunities and challenges which are caused by this new system.
