| 摘 要： | 当前我国高校辅导员队伍在建设中存在定位不清，人员数量不足、工作职责模糊，结构不合理，队伍不稳定等问题；从上到下必须树立和落实科学发展观，建立完善的发展、培养和激励机制来解决这些问题，实现高校辅导员队伍科学发展。

| Abstract: | At present, there are problems in our country＇s university counselor＇s contingent,such as the orientations are not clear, understaffed, the duties are vague, the structure is unreasonable, the contingent is not stable and so on. From top to bottom we must establish and implement the scientific concept of development, establish a perfect mechanism of development, training and incentive to solve these problems and accomplish scientific development of university counselors contingent. |
