| 摘 要： | 20世纪60年代的美国环境公益诉讼对环保法的发展起到了巨大的推动作用。环境公益诉讼作为一种新型的诉讼模式,专门适用于环境保护领域。同传统的诉讼形式相比,环境公益诉讼在原告资格、诉讼范围、诉讼请求等方面均有很大的不同。然而这种新的诉讼模式却能够很好地提供了公民参与和监督政府行为的途径。鉴于此,我国建立环境公益诉讼具有一定的必要性和可行性。

| Abstract: | In nineteen sixties,American environmental citizen lawsuit greatly boosted the development of environmental law.As a new kind of lawsuit,environmental citizen lawsuit is specially used in the field of environmental protection.Compared to traditional lawsuit,there is great difference in plaintiff qualification,suit content and litigation claim.However,this new kind of lawsuit can provide a good way for citizens to participate in and monitor government activities. |
