| 摘 要： | 当前,涉众型经济犯罪呈上升趋势,严重威胁着我国社会主义市场经济的健康发展,影响着我国社会秩序的安定。涉众型经济犯罪侵害不特定多数人的财产权利,已成为我国经济领域中严重犯罪现象。针对涉众型经济犯罪涉及面广与隐蔽性强等特点,应采取有效侦防对策,以保护广大人民群众的合法权益,维护社会主义市场经济秩序和社会和谐稳定。
