| 摘 要： | 国有银行与国有企业关系是特殊的宏观经济金融制度安排,特殊的信贷制度安排,特殊的中央与地方利益关系反映。加入WTO后,国有银行与国有企业面临着共同的压力和挑战。国有银行与国有企业已到了非改革不足以生存的重要关口。而国有银行与国有企业的改革的关键是必须同步推进。

| Abstract: | The relation of the state-owned bank and state-owned enterprises is the special macro-view of economic and financial system, the special credit system and the reflection of the benefits relation of the central government and local government. After entering into WTO, The state-owned bank and state-owned enterprises face the common pressure with challenge. It is important every moment in the reform of the state-owned bank and state-owned enterprises. The key of the reform of the state-owned bank and state-owned enterprises must be synchronous. |
