| 摘 要： | 从旅游行政部门人力资源管理的涵义和意义入手，对旅游行政管理部门人力资源管理现状进行了论述，找出了现存的诸多问题，并进行了深入分析。最后，结合国内外企业和政府部门人力资源管理的先进经验，提出了解决这些问题的具体措施。
