我国金融衍生品创新路径之探析

考察美、英等发达国家以及新兴市场国家和地区的金融衍生品的发展路径可知，虽然各国的经济条件和实际需要各不相同，但都选择了相似的发展路径即：股指期货一股指期权一股票期权。我国我国金融衍生产品产发展的契机已经到来。我国应遵循循序渐进的原则推进衍生产品市场发展：优先发展场内交易，适度发展场外交易；积极发展金融期货市场，加快四大期货交易所的新品种开发与创新。

China's Financial Derivatives Path of Innovation

In recent years,with the accelerated marketization of China's interest market,and the initiation of its foreign exchange market reform,the financial market participators are demanding new financial innovation,the time for creating China's own financial derivative instruments is now.Therefore,China should adopt a steady and gradual path to develop its own derivative market: prioritize the growth of exchange trading,while gradually expand theover-the-counter trading;accentuate the development of financial futures market,and speed up the creations and innovations of financial instruments in China's four major exchanges.
