专业技术人员的薪酬管理

摘    要:薪酬作为一种吸引和留住专业技术人员的重要手段,越来越引起企业管理者的广泛关注。只有将企业薪酬和专业技术人员的内在需求、工作特性有机结合,体现出专业技术人员对企业的贡献,才能形成良好的企业发展氛围,激发专业技术人员的巨大的创造潜力。而对于专业技术人员的薪酬管理尤其要注重薪酬结构的合理、长期的激励、内在的公平性等方面的内容。

Abstract:Salary isnot only provides different level of living but also embodies staffs value,which causes more and more attention as an important method to inspirit professional technicians.The salary design of professional technician,combining with professional technicians' needs and the characters of work,can form a favorable atmosphere in enterprise to inspire the tremendous potential creativity of human resource.Which kind of salary can inspirit professional technicians? This paper concludes that the salary management of professional technicians must have a reasonable salary structure,pay attention to long-term inspiriting rules and the intrinsic impartiality.
