| 摘 要： | “5S”管理起源于日本，是各类工业和商业企业提高生产率和改进质量的基础和根本方法。当前我国建筑企业在国际工程承包市场有了较大发展，在我国建筑企业实施“5S”管理对提高企业的现场管理水平和整体竞争力具有重要作用。
