我国现阶段社会纠纷问题研究

现阶段改革道路上面临的一个重要问题就是社会纠纷增多,且其剧烈程度加大,这影响到了发展和稳定的大局。本文分析了现阶段社会纠纷的特点、产生原因,并在此基础上从执政理念、社会理念、法治理念三个角度提出防范与化解的思路。

Study on China's Current Social Disputes

It has been many years since reform and opening.China has made great achievements but also faces great difficulties.Especially after some far-reaching social conflicts happened in recent years,many people begin to wonder where the Chinese reform would go and even whether the reform and opening was right.In this situation,it is necessary for us to rethink the various problems on the path of reform in order to ensure the smooth reform and development.At present an important problem of reform is that the social disputes are becoming more and fiercer,which has affected the development and stability.This article analyzed the characteristics and causes of social disputes,and based on these,a viewpoint that prevention and resolving was the inevitable demand of the reform and development was put forward from three perspectives： the ruling idea,the society idea and the law idea.
