| 摘 要： | 中国非政府组织在发展中存在一定问题,具体包括法律制度安排缺乏,非政府组织体系不健全等。通过对中国非政府组织的管理体制、运营管理等法律问题进行探讨,提出健全和完善非政府组织立法,适度监管非政府组织等对策建议,以促进其健康发展。
