| 摘 要： | 当今学术界对我国是否采用马克斯.韦伯的官僚制行政体制争论不休。构建与我国的行政体制改革目标相一致、与政府的执政理念相吻合的人本官僚制则是路径之一。因此要吸取理性官僚制的适时要素,健全行政组织体制,并在官僚制建设的同时增加人本要素,建立人本官僚制。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,there is a hot debate in the academic circles,which is whether we choose the Bureaucrat System posed by Marx Web as our country's administration system.This thesis holds that we should establish the Humanity Bureaucrat System.So we should absorb the reasonable elements of bureaucrat,perfect the administration system and add the elements of humanity in order to establish the humanity bureaucrat. |
