老年人参与社会组织志愿服务问题探微

社会组织的发展，离不开庞大的志愿者队伍。我国老年人志愿者的参与率低、参与热情不高、参与志愿服务的领域过窄，志愿活动的开展还处在摸索阶段，尚未形成系统、完善的老年人志愿服务管理体系。应从老年人志愿者的角度出发，依据老年志愿者独有的特性及其参与社会组织志愿服务的良性动机，培育服务意识、创新管理机制，逐步提高老年人在社会组织志愿服务中的参与水平。
