论实行行政问责制应解决的几个问题

实行行政问责制，对行政官员的失职、渎职行为进行追究，是强化领导干部的责任心、转变工作作风、建设服务型政府的重要举措，它对于促进干部能上能下、提高政府的公信力、促进我国的民主政治和社会进步，有着积极和深远的意义。目前我国推行行政问责制仍处于起点阶段，各地的发展也不平衡，存在着行政问责立法滞后、主体不清、标准不一、内容狭窄、忽视常态性问责等问题，因此，必须强化权责对等，加快立法步伐，建立健全行政问责的长效机制，明确问责主体，扩展问责内容，注重问责结果的运用，促进行政问责向制度化、规范化方向发展。
