| 摘 要： | 近年来外商直接投资流向中国的规模不断扩大。FDI对我国技术进步、出口贸易、工商税收等方面的影响越来越大，但是，FDI在我国的产业分布的不合理直接影响了产业结构的优化调整，对本地企业的技术进步贡献率也有待进一步提高。我们必须适时采取措施提高利用外资的质量，以进一步增强产业竞争力、促进经济健康发展。

| Abstract: | The scale of FDI in china has continuously extended in recent yeats, FDI has much more affection to the technique progress, export trade and tax revenue of our country. The unreasonable distribution of FDI has effected the adjustment and optimization of our country＇ s industry structure. It＇s technique contribution rate to the domestic companies also need further elevation. We have to take effective measures to enhance the quality of foreign capital to strengthen the ability of industry competition and promote the growth of economy. |
