| Abstract: | Although the current Law of Marriage has provided legal support to protect the rights of parent who hasn't been bringing up his/her child directly,there are still some flaws in the provisions from the scope of legislation.Accordingly,in expectation of improving the institution of visitation,the writer shall carry on a preliminary discussion about the scope of application,the body of right and obligation,the suspension of execution and compulsory execution of the right of visitation. |
