| 摘 要： | 我国现存的乡镇管理体制正面临着机构臃肿,人员过剩,职能紊乱,条块分割,乡镇规模小等一系列亟需改革的问题。针对上述问题出现的一些改革措施都带有一定的局限性,因此改革必须跳出常规圈子,独辟蹊径。而撤消乡镇,实行乡镇自治与乡镇领导直选又不失为一种新的思维。

| Abstract: | In china, administration system of the town is facing a series of pro blems: overstaffed organizations and staff, disordered obligation, divided depar tments, small scope of the town and so on. And there are certain limitations in the countermeasures against those above. So the administrative restructuring of town must create a new style. It should be a new thought to repeal the town, exe cute town autonomy, and elect the leadership of the town directly. |
