城市公共安全管理是城市公共管理的重要内容,随着经济的持续发展和社会的不断进步,各种社会不确定因素的增多,城市公共安全越来越受到人们的重视,加强对城市公共安全体系的研究和建设势在必行.目前城市公共安全存在诸多问题,我们必须提出相应的解决对策,建立社会公共危机管理机制,扩大公共安全信息的范围,加强对城市流动人口的管理工作,实施交通需求管理,建立统一的报警机制和应急指挥决策系统,使快速反应、统一应急、联合行动成为现实,从而完成公共安全的保障任务.

A Study on the Administration System of Civic Public Security

Civic public security administration is an important part of civic public administration.With the sustained economic development and social progress,together with increasing of unstable factors in the society, civic public security is attracting increasing attention.It is imperative to further studies and construction on the system of civic public security.At present,there are many problems in civic public security,we must propose appropriate countermeasures,establish management mechanism of social public crisis,expand the scope of public security information,strengthen management of mobile population in urban areas,implement the management concerning traffic demand,establish a unified alarm mechanism and emergency decision-making system,making it a reality in rapid response,unified first-aid,and joint action,thus completing the tasks of protecting public security.
