| Abstract: | One of the most significant practices of the public security organs in maintaining social stability is to establish the Public Order Early-warning System. Theoretic support and guidance are needed to ensure its effectiveness. The theoretic basis of this system includes Marxist Philosophy, Systematic Science, Information Science, Sociology and other subjects. |
