| 摘 要： | 网格化专业巡逻是对巡警本质认识的理性回归,需要在科学规划的基础上合理适用。其基础工作主要是研究应对街面治安特点的勤务模式,完善情报信息的主导作用和快速反应机制建设,以真正控制街面动态治安。同时网格化专业巡逻模式的基础建设还要加强多项配套制度的建设。

| Abstract: | The professional patrol network is a rational recognition on the nature of patrol police,which is to be reasonably applied with scientific planning.The basic work lying in this area mainly includes studying on the policing mode concerning the characteristics of public security over streets and blocks and improving the leading role of intelligence and construction of fast reaction system,in order to take the dynamic state of public security over streets and blocks under control.Meanwhile,the construction of several coordinated system is to be emphasized to support the basic construction of professional patrol network. |
