On the Limitations of External Containment Forces in Extorting a Confession by Torture and the Root thereof

To analyze the limitations of various external forces that restrain confession extortion by torture and to penetrate into the roots of these limitations from the aspects of structure of criminal litigation,the purpose of criminal litigation and characteristics of the country are in favor of resolving further contradictions among the aspects mentioned above by patching the limitations of external containment forces,making the conduct of extorting a confession by torture a history as soon as possible.
